Not only their high prices but also their presence (or lack of it) makes the accessibility of co-working hotels a difficult task. Let alone medium-sized emerging cities, not even in global cities one would find a great number of dedicated hotels with co-working facilities to choose one from- forget if getting a cheaper deal out of many is what you want. In contrast, the apartments serviced with a multifunctional environment in midsized cities are as popular as in larger cities. In a way, the growth story of emerging cities coincided with the success of these products of a new era hospitality industry. As co-working has become the new model of working, these apartments have successfully managed to shelter and nurture those to their own advantage.

The hotels with partial or substantial co-working ambiances are usually crowded; a lot of movement and a lot more distractions. Such places are not the best to discover opportunities. Crowded places can only be crowded and distracting- not dynamic. The vital thing about the serviced apartments is that people with similar values and working styles choose to stay there. Meeting similar people as an intention makes meeting one more probable. With both personal and professional touch, these become collaborative spaces- in a much more relaxed manner compared to any hotel. Your privacy remains intact while you have greater freedom to engage with your neighbors- inside the complex as well as in the locality!
