We automatically apply discounts on bookings that exceed 20 or more days. However, the discount offered may vary based on the package type and booking frequency.
To cancel your booking with us, please write to email@example.com. You may receive a 100% refund should the cancellation be initiated 48 hours prior to the check-in date. There will be no refund for cancellations requested 24 hours before check-in.
For bulk bookings, cancellations will not be accepted and no refund of advance will be processed.

The number of people allowed to occupy is limited to the number of beds in the apartment. However, additional beds can be arranged in some properties and will incur additional charges which has to be requested at the time of booking.
No. Smoking is restricted to open areas such as balconies, terrace, courtyard, etc. Smoking in the bedroom, living room, kitchen, or bathrooms is strictly prohibited. Please check with the property caretaker for further clarity.
Studio is similar to a hotel room but has extra space which includes a workspace/dining area, compact kitchenette with stove, oven, and a refrigerator. A studio also has a bathroom with bathing essentials, and a Television.
1, 2, 3, & 4 BHK apartments are bigger than a studio and come with a separate living room. Most of the beds in the master bedrooms are king size, and the room may be interconnected with doors. Often, the second and third bedrooms have single beds.
The apartments also have a full-sized kitchen with a regular refrigerator, cooking stove, oven, and have a dedicated dining space. The apartments come with dedicated bathrooms.
